Dawn is such a consummate professional! My husband and I have bought and sold many homes during our 28 years of marriage and Dawn has exceeded our expectations as an agent. She is the most ethical agent I've ever met. We were very impressed with Dawn's thorough knowledge of the market and trusted her decisions throughout the time we worked together. Finally an agent who calls you back promptly! My husband's job relocated us to Northern Ca. and Dawn has the daunting task of selling our home when the real estate market started to crash in Las Vegas. She located a buyer for our sinking property in Las Vegas, communicated with all parties in a courteous, and timely manner, 'slayed the dragons,' and worked diligently to close the deal! You can trust that she will 'cross all the t's and dot all the i's!'
